Product Safety
At DAP, we are as concerned
with food safety as we are with food quality. Following GMP and HACCP guidelines,
our quality assurance team ensures that our products meet the standards set by the USDA,
and the even stricter standards set by |
| our customers. Our in-house
laboratory is equipped state-of-the-art testing equipment that allows us to rapidly check
for pathogens before any product is shipped. As a
further check, products entering the United States are randomly sent to an independent
laboratory to confirm the |

results of our in-house
laboratory. Stainless steel state-of-the-art processing and filling equipment has
been customized to our specifications to meet our high quality standards. Not overlooking
any point every drop of water used in our production facility is purified through a
double-reverse osmosis system. Annual
inspections are performed by ASI Food Safety Consultants, a third-party inspection
company, that rates the food safety standards of processing facilities around the
world. I am proud to say that we have achieved ASI's highest rating. |
