"Ugh, avocados are so fattening!" I can not tell you how many times I have heard that, nor how many times I have had to educate someone on the beneficial qualities of avocados. Sure, I would never suggest that you go out and eat a bag of avocados, everything in excess can be bad, but when planned as part of a good meal plan, avocados can offer many healthy benefits.
