Uruapan is a beautiful
colonial city, but there is nothing colonial about our operations. Over eight
years ago, we completed construction of our state-of-the-art avocado processing
facility. From initial design to final construction, emphasis was placed on
exceeding the standards set by the FDA and our customers. Covering 100,000 square feet our
processing facility has been fitted with FDA-approved walls, lights, and floors all of
which were imported from the United States.
Stainless steel state-of-the-art
processing and filling equipment has been customized to our specifications to meet our
high quality standards. Not overlooking any point every drop of water used in our
production facility is purified through a double-reverse osmosis system.
