Crude avocado oil is extracted from selected
Hass avocados by mechanical processes using modern equipment and supervised by highly
trained personnel to obtain non-refined avocado oil that is:
- 100% pure and natural oil of excellent quality
- Solvent-free
- Excellent stability, thanks to its high content of
monoinsaturated oleic acid (60-72%)
- Has losses during the refining process thanks to a strict
fruit selection process

Crude avocado oil is then refined
and used in a variety of applications. However, it is most commonly used in the Health and
Beauty industry, which has capitalized on the natural beautifying qualities of the avocado
oil. Avocado oil contains vitamins: A, D
and E. It protects skin from drying and makes it more elastic.
